In 2024 the Australia Institute is celebrating its 30th anniversary as Australia's leading think tank - that's 30 years of big ideas!
For 30 years the Australia Institute’s independent, non-partisan research has played a critical role in shaping Australian public policy for the better - shining a spotlight on those who are being left behind by inequality, climate impacts and the loss of trust in our democracy.
The Australia Institute has never shied away from the big debates and our ability to take on big structural changes relies on independent funding.
To celebrate our 30th anniversary and to achieve another 30 years of big ideas, a generous donor has offered to match every new monthly donor, up to our target of $30,000.
That means we need:
- 100 new supporters donating $30 a month, or
- 50 supporters donating $50 a month, or
- 25 supporters donating $100 a month
